Browse the items offered on the “Our Fleet” page. If you find a travel trailer you wish to book for your trip go through the process to reserve your preferred dates and we will call you to finalize the booking.
During the booking call we will go over optional add-ons and you may select the items you wish, if any, and we will then provide you with the required documentation and total of your booking.
Once you have selected the toys and add-ons you wish we will prepare and send you a Rental Agreement, Credit Card Authorization Form and The Rules to be signed and returned to us.
You will need to contact your insurance company and get a short term binder to rent one of our trailers. Once you have the Binder forward to us for verification.
On the date of your trip, if you have ordered delivery, we will bring the equipment to the agreed upon location or you can pick it up from us at the address we will give you upon your booking.
When you pick up or have the equipment delivered we will do a walk-through with you and show you all the features of the equipment you rented and explain how each works.
During the walk-through we will also inspect for damages, if any, and list each damaged item. You will then be required to sign our Damage Form acknowledging the presence or absence of any damages.
When you return the items you rented you will be required to complete a 2nd Damage Form after our equipment inspection, noting and agreeing upon any new damages.
Trailers must be returned clean. “Clean” is defined as in the same clean condition you received the trailer. If the trailer comes back uncleaned, or the tanks are not dumped, you will be charged $150.
In the absence of any new damages, or the trailer being returned unclean, or the black tank has not been dumped, we will return your entire security deposit.
